Your First Visit
You can expect to receive a thorough assessment and evaluation of your injury or condition during your first visit to Eastgate Physiotherapy Sherwood Park, providing Alberta clients with physiotherapy, acupuncture, massage therapy, custom orthotics and IMS services.
We will discuss our recommended program of therapy for you and present a customized approach to helping you get back to your normally active life as quickly as possible.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in easily, since you will also be receiving your first treatments at this time. In the case of an injury, wear clothing that allows your physiotherapist to access the injured location.
Please bring with you any notes from your doctor if you are coming as a medical referral. In all instances, please bring with you a list of any prescribed or over-the-counter medications you take regularly.
Insurance and Payment
Eastgate Physiotherapy Sherwood Park is able to directly bill more than one dozen major insurance providers.
We are also privileged to work with clients covered under such plans as the RCMP, Department of Veterans Affairs, Alberta School Employee Benefit Plan (ASEBP), Worker’s Compensation Board of Alberta (WCB), Alberta Health Care clients and Motor Vehicle Insurance providers.
When you access our services, you will be asked to settle any co-pays on your account at the conclusion of each visit, or pay for your therapy if you do not have an insurance provider to cover it.

Wednesday: 8 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Thursday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: Closed
